**Job description**:
**Role**

We’re looking for 2 x Debt Advisors to deal with the outstanding debt and action the debt recovery processes.

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Collection of unpaid levies or fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling.
- Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Deal with Hardship requests and payment plans.
- Deal with reviews of cases and any associated write offs.
- Dealing with payments, reconciliations, and banking processes.

**Person specification**:
**Essential and Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge of all aspects of Debt Recovery
- Experience of invoicing and banking processes and functions as well as reconciliations
- Experience of dealing with inbound calls in a Debt Recovery function
- Sales ledger experience including reconciliation of payments.
- Ability to resolve complicated queries
