We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker** at our clients care package, at their home based in **Burry Port.**

**When you'll be working**:

- 3 x day shifts a week
- 8am-8pm
- 36 hours a week Full Time

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home and out in the community. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and domestic duties. It will involve supporting him to lead an independent and active lifestyle. Our client has a very active lifestyle; he enjoys going on long walks and bike rides.

As part of the role is to take the client out, **y**ou must be a driver to drive the clients vehicle.**

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
