Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with product managers to define, execute, and deliver the reconciliation product strategy and roadmap
- Work closely and responsively with customers and developers to vet designs, answer questions, and address issues
- Write insightful and useful product requirements that allow development to understand and meet expectations
- Own backlogs and make sure stories are ready for development
- Participate as a Product Owner in all Scrum ceremonies
- Create and deliver timely and helpful product collateral and trainings as capabilities and features are released
- Implement key metrics for product features and analyze metrics to verify objectives are progressing as planned
Must Haves:
- Deep understanding of asset reconciliation.
- Successful evangelist and storyteller capable of building alignment and buy-in on product vision and strategy
- Self-starter that can work independently but is also a strong team player
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful business outcomes
- Passionate about empathy and learning with a strong dose of humility
- Skilled communicator capable of delivering the appropriate message at various levels either internally or externally
