**The Royal Oak** at Corsley is aclassic country pub located on the Wiltshire Somerset border and only a short distance from Longleat Safari Park and Center Parcs Holiday Village.

We are looking for 2 part time front of house staff members to compliment our team. 16 hours per week at £11.00 per hour starting pay + tips, shifts are flexible and can be discussed at interview. More hours may be available if needed.

As a member of the front of house team you will be expected to engage with customers ensuring that their needs are met from entering the premises and throughout their visit to us.

Your duties may include, ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus. Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests. Mixing and pouring beverages, as needed. Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table. Checking that meals are as ordered, meet expectations and guests have everything they need. Presenting the bill when requested and checking everything is satisfactory.

You will need over 18 with experience in the hospitality industry and the following skills and attributes,
- Reliability
- A friendly attitude.
- Good customer service skills.
- Adept at handling customer complaints.
- Service oriented.
- Comfortable meeting and greeting new people.
- Able to multi-task with ease.
- Team player.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
