Venue Sourcer

Are you a venue sourcing specialist looking for a new role? This opportunity is for you.

Our client, an international events company, are looking to add a Venue Sourcer to their established London based team.

This is an opportunity to work across a Life Science and Pharma portfolio, sourcing venues for large scale conferences on an international level.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible hybrid working (1 day a week from their Central London office) and salaries of up to £50K.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end venue sourcing
- Collaboration across teams to understand event objectives, agendas, flow and space requirements
- Creating venue briefs
- Stakeholder management
- Venue negotiations (rates, terms and conditions)

The Person:

- Experience within a venue sourcing focussed role is essential
- MICE industry experience
- Cvent experience preferred
