This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Joinery group.

The Estimating Manager will be responsible for leading the team in creating estimates, tender responses, quotes and will work to meet the company and client’s objectives for cost, quality and timeliness.
- Strong communication & leadership abilities
- In depth knowledge and understanding of machinery within the business
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively

Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing estimates and quotes based on client requirements
- Attending initial client meetings
- Communicate with workshop manager to assist in estimating hours
- Managing risk in projects through detailed specification and client communication
- Managing project finances, including invoice generation
- Handling pressure and multitasking effectively
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and excellent customer service

- Monday to Friday 8-5/6

**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year

- Driving Licence (preferred)
