Community Activities Coordinator

This role will work within the core programme team of the Devon Mental Health Alliance and will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of our community activities and initiatives (digital and in-person). The role holder will be a coordinator or administrator who is detail-oriented and highly organised, with a proactive attitude and the ability to hold relationships with wider partners across the Voluntary and Community Sector and Statutory organisations.

Location - Home-based/remote working, but with some travel required for meetings and activities.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Direct Reports - Co-ordination of Sessional workers with support from Programme Team

Duties and Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

- Coordination of community facing activities in Devon - digital and in-person.
- Being responsible for ensuring that the programme timetable is running according to plan, responding to any challenges that arise.
- Processing bookings for activities, liaising closely with the Programme Officer and Community Development Managers.
- Maintaining the CRM system, and other record keeping systems, to ensure accurate storage of information.
- Updating the Learner Platform on the DMHA website with timely information.
- Working closely with the Community Development Managers in each area.
- Promotion of the community activities via social media and other communication channels.
- Attendance at relevant events and meetings.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in a senior administrative or coordination role, preferably in a learning or community environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solutions focussed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all employees.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team, supporting other team members as needed.
- Ability to update website (training will be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
