Our fabulous housing support teams are expanding and on the lookout for creative and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. **We'll pay you for your training and give you all the skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and SSSC yearly registration fees too**

**The Role**

You'll become part of one of our fun, friendly and dedicated teams who provide support individuals with various support needs within their own homes. There's never a dull moment, every day is different

As a **Support Practitioner**. you'll support and assist the people we support with all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. We'll be looking to you to get involved when supporting with their hobbies which include karaoke, arts and crafts, live music, going for walks and to the shops along with many more activities.

**What we'll need you to bring;**
- Good communication skills
- A caring attitude
- A positive approach to learning
- An understanding of the importance of routines and following guidelines
- Confidence in the use of computers

**Shift Patterns**

We provide tailored support across our Housing Support services, so shift patterns would involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Some of our roles will also include sleepovers and/or waking nights.

Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £87 for an 8 hour sleepover or £98 for a 9 hour sleepover. Waking nights are paid at your hourly rate plus and additional £20 per night.
