Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and (ideally) experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our amazing team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our award winning organic restaurant, bar and hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, hotel & bar, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to meet guest expectations.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members in all aspects of our business including organic food & drink to provide exceptional service.
- Have a good undertstanding of the organic world and sustainable living.
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner (we don't get many).
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, bar & hotel environment.
- Have a keen understanding of all aspects of a successful bar, cellar, wine & cocktail preparation (especially an organic one).
- Never stop learning

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting (but not essential).
- Strong knowledge or passion for food production, bartending, and rooms would be ideal.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven track record in team management and leadership skills, or a keen willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £11.75-£12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 42 per week
