Retail Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking

**Experience**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong dealing with people etiquette skills
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Proven ability to meet sales targets

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our store. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse customer base, showcase your product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
