You will work with the children on a regular basis to ensure they are progressing and motivated to work towards their targets and goals.

Full and Part Time roles available, to ensure we can be flexible around your working hours.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Planning and delivering tailored programmes which complement ongoing learning objectives and assessment plans.
- Delivering tuition face-to-face and adapting the content, style, format of the tuition to ensure the most effective results are achieved
- Building strong relationships with pupils and school contacts through session delivery, tuition progress reports and feedback
- Have a minimum of **three months tutoring or teaching within the UK**:

- Be committed to planning, delivering, and reporting on high-quality, impactful tuition that engages your students
- Be required to complete our mandatory safeguarding training
- Previous experience of lesson planning
- A strong grasp of the UK curriculum
- The ability to work 1:1
- Great communication and behaviour management skills
- Be reliable and committed to delivering engaging lessons
