**About The Role**:
We have a range of roles across 4 schools in the Trust, including both class and 1:1 roles. Some of the roles are part-time, some full-time and the 1:1 are linked to funding for individual children.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to engage with children, parents and colleagues
- Have the ability to provide direct practical support for learners to engage in all aspects of their programs
- Have the ability to work in a way that creates a positive, fun and engaging learning environment
- Be able to work effectively under the direction of the class teacher an be able to use their own initiative
- Be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding and welfare procedures
- Have an understanding of and commitment to positive behaviour management.
