**Position**: SEN Teaching Assistant
**Location**: Stevenage
**Salary**: £90-£120/day

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support students with SEN in their academic and personal development.
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the needs of all students.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Work with the SENCO to monitor and record student progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with SEN students is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.
- Relevant qualifications in special education are a plus.
