At PA Media Betting Services we are dedicated to provide unrivalled horse and greyhound racing coverage to our customers and have a reputation for speed and accuracy. We have been at the heart of the Racing and Betting industry providing content to the market for over 60 years.

You don’t need previous industry experience to join our Racing Data Operations team who are critical in creating and updating live betting markets for our international horse racing product and UK greyhounds. You’ll join a fast-paced, multi-functional team based in Howden, East Yorkshire where no two days are the same, and will have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the racing and betting world.

Whether you have prior experience or are ;looking to pivot your career our training and tools will equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this fast-paced industry.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Using our bespoke betting models, you will create and update live betting markets for high-profile horse and greyhound racing events all year round.
- You will be responsible for identifying and reacting to market inaccuracies.
- You will validate the speed and accuracy of our betting data.
- Respond to customer queries in a flexible and responsive manner and liaising with third party suppliers and providers
- Escalating live issues impacting PA data as required to Shift Leaders

**What you’ll need **

Previous industry experience isn’t required - all that we ask is that you’re keen to learn and committed to customer satisfaction.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills combined with a methodical approach?
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal?
- A professional attitude and can work and think proactively on your own initiative?
- A good level of IT and digital competence?
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy?
