Stripe Master is a family run business based in Telford and due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

You must be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and be able to communicate effectively through all levels of the business from team members to customers.

This position is for someone who thrives working in a small team and is self motivated.

**Operating various sign making equipment**:

- Large format printers
- Lamination and finishing equipment
- General signwriting equipment
- Vinyl plotter machines

**Finishing**:

- Weeding and trimming various media
- Application, packing and dispatch of goods

**Team Liaison**:

- Liaising with the design and Installation team

**Required personal skills & competencies**:

- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Must be practical and dexterous, with good attention to detail
- An active team worker
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Able to manage workflow in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively communicate to customers and colleagues with excellent - verbal and written communication skills

**Personal qualities**:

- Ability to work on own initiative and multi-task various jobs at the same time
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Good work ethic with a ‘can do’ and positive attitude
- Self-drive
- Ability to work to deadlines and work efficiently
