**SUPERVISOR | WOMENSWEAR**
**LONDON | UP TO £27,000 + COMMISSION**
**ABOUT**:
- Luxury brand known for their timeless aesthetic.
- Established in London with a global outlook and strong digital presence
- This brand is renowned for utilising the finest quality Cashmere.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Deliver retail excellent FOH & BOH
- Drive strong leadership within the concession in partnership with the Store Manager
- Mentor, Coach & Train team in order to achieve commercial targets and Store objectives
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fashion Retail experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager
- Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
