Rtt Trainer

Ideal Health are a leading digital health consultancy, supporting healthcare organisations at all stages of their digital journey from strategy and business case, through implementation, optimisation, and benefits realisation.

We are looking for experienced RTT training specialists with a strong background in data/ patient pathway validation within the NHS, ideally with knowledge of the Lorenzo EPR system. You should be able to deliver a high standard of training in both classroom settings and one to one drop-in sessions where required.

In this role the post holder will be required to provide the following services:

- Delivery of RTT training
- Maintenance of training guidance for RTT system training
- Training feedback/mop-up sessions
- Floorwalking/demonstrations
- Training requirement gathering
- Undertaking TNA (Training Needs Analysis) on behalf of the organisation
- Implementing training plan, including oversight of training methods - eLearning, videos, classroom sessions etc.

Essential requirements:

- Existing RTT training experience
- Experience training one-to-one and in a classroom setting
- A strong understanding of training tools and techniques

**Salary**: £280.00 per day
