Responsibilities will include:

- Be the main point of contact for vendors, liaising between Account Managers and vendors accordingly
- Generate and/or process incoming documentation requests from vendors using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Focus on new business conversion and make weekly calls to vendors
- Oversee the funding process through to completion
- Assist with resolving urgent matters for vendors
