**_RECRA is working in partnership with a nationwide recycling company. We are looking for a Weighbridge Administrator to join their team._**

This role is to support the business both operationally and commercially. It entails working in conjunction with both sides of the business. You will report directly to the Business Support & Office Manager. It is an administration role with a range of varied tasks based around the transport element.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Weighing in/out vehicles using the commercial system

Scanning all supporting documents to weight tickets in commercial

Communications with all areas of operations and commercial

Support with completion of daily spreadsheets

Daily filing of paperwork

Support Weighbridge Operator with booking of all goods in transportation

Support Weighbridge Operator with contacting suppliers every Wednesday to ascertain load requirements for following week

Support Weighbridge Operator with booking transport for all collected loads (Residue/Glass)

Support Weighbridge Operator with raising all delivery reference numbers for direct deliveries and collected loads

Support Weighbridge Operator with managing incoming loads throughout the week, updating schedule and deleting incomplete loads the following week

Support with sending load details and photos on all export sales

General admin and commercial support

Quality checking of all goods out loads in containers

Essential Skills

Good Telephone Manner Required

Previous Administration Experience Required

Competent in Microsoft Office Packages

Good Organisational Skills and Attention to Detail

Additional Notes

Flexibility on Working Hours is Essential. To include possible alternate Saturday cover and Bank Holidays

Good Time Keeping and Attendance

Willingness to Undertake Further Development and Training as Required

Ability to Work as Part of a Team

training development plan:
Development opportunities will be given during the course of employment in line with both the role requirements and the Individual’s aspirations.

The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm and Monday 7am till 4pm with Tuesday to Friday being 6am till 3pm on alternate weeks.

Saturday cover and bank holiday cover will be as and when required
