We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and responsible Health Visitor SCPHN to work within our 0 - 19 Service in Stockton on Tees

We work in partnership with Midwives, School Readiness, Early Help, Children's Services, Public Health and Acute Services.

We are a friendly, professional and supportive team. We keep in touch with weekly team huddles over MS Teams, we have work buddies and there is always someone to call on if you need support.
