Outreach Worker

Early Years - the organisation for young children wish to recruit an **Outreach Worker **to work in **SureStart South Armagh - Bessbrook Office.**

The Outreach Worker will be responsible for working with parents-to-be, parents/carers and children to develop their health, wellbeing, self-esteem and self-confidence and link them into a wider social and community network. The post holder will also liaise with voluntary and statutory organisations to enhance children’s early development and health and wellbeing opportunities.

The Outreach Worker will develop and sustain cooperative working arrangements with the Sure Start Manager, Sure Start staff, partner organisations, other service providers and parents to achieve the outcomes set out in the Sure Start Business Plan. They will ensure that high-quality services, which meet the needs of children under four and their families, are planned and delivered effectively.
