Radiology Clerk/receptionist

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active individual to join our Radiography admin team. We are looking for an enthusaistic and competent clerk/receptionist to join our busy, friendly team.

The successful candiadate will cover Radiology reception on a rota basis between 8.30 - 8.00pm. Receive and register patients on the Radiology Information System (RIS) and deal with queries from doctors, other members of staff and public.

Other responsibilities include answer telephone enquiries, directing calls to the correct location, print and process radiology reports and transfer Radiology Imaging to other hospitals.

Support the Secretarial Services and Appointment Services of the department.

Training will be provided in the various Radiology computer systems to perform a variety of administration duties.
