MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect, input and maintain complete, accurate and timely learner records consistent with the guidance issued by external awarding organisations and internal procedures.
- Coordinate the learner record files to include such information as: Entry qualifications, enrolments, withdrawals and transfers, collation and presentation of examination for results days, examination registration and certification, liaise with additional Learning Support.
- Assist the College's Examinations Officer with data checking and validation.
- Assist the College's Examination Officer to ensure management of examinations including the support with the implementation of access arrangements.
- Set up exam rooms with JCQ posters and seating plans
- Preparation for examination timetables and liaise with invigilators.
- Assist with producing information from timetables and registers as required.
- Liaise with academic staff to ensure student records are complete and up-to-date.
- Provide information requested by academic staff.
- Assist with HE Graduation/FE Presentation Days including arrangements for engraving and collection of trophies.
- Work flexibly, covering team members and those outside the team where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and current legislation relating to computer systems including Data Protection.
- Take part in all staff College events such as Lambing Sunday

**Qualifications and Training**

GCSE in Maths and English - Essential

Educated to Level 3 or substantial examinations assistant experience - Essential

IT Qualification - Desirable

**Experience and Abilities**

Experience of Data Entry, accurate and consistent recording, proactive use of systems and providing information - Essential

Experience of Audits - Desirable

**Skills and Knowledge**

Fast and accurate data entry - Essential

Excellent minute and report writing skills - Essential
