We are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team. You will be delivering individually tailored support for each student to enable their technical and academic learning, in-line with the knowledge, skills and behaviors required by the apprenticeship standards.

**The Role**:

- Responsible for the creation of a full apprenticeship program, with the support of our chosen training provider.
- Assess apprentices’ work to ensure that they pass the requirements of the appropriate standard or qualification.
- Conduct progress review sessions in accordance with company guidelines to track and record learner’s progress, with the support of our chosen training provider.
- Coach and support apprentices across a range of sectors, as well as assess and advise on submission against the requirements of the End Point Assessments.
- Sign off the award when all requirements are met.
- Take responsibility to ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and equality, diversity and inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role.
- Partner with local schools and colleges to support the talent pipeline.
- Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
- Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.
- Assessor qualification, for example A1, TAQA, or equivalent.
- Relevant industry skills and experience, in either machining and / or engineering.
- Computer literate.
- Experience of delivering training and development.
- Functional Skills at Level 2 in English and Math’s, or equivalent to.
- Knowledge of the apprenticeship standards.
- Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.
- Successful DBS check.
