Head of Sales required for well established, growing business in West Sussex.

Responsible for the sales team and sales development this is a senior role and you will be targeted on increasing sales and account penetration. Sitting on the management board you will input on range development and make a positive impact into the development and direction of the business.

Duties will include overall running and development of the sales team, identifying and targeting new areas of sales and accounts, hitting mutually agreed sales targets for the territories, personal development and motivation of the team, development of some international sales as well as the UK, management of your own accounts, preparation of presentations and customer sales presentations, attending monthly management Meetings with Directors (1-2-1) and weekly managers meetings.

The successful applicant will have previous Sales Management experience along with national account experience in FMCG industry.

£ dependent on experience plus bonus and great benefit package.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £60,000.00 per year
