**Sales/Customer Service Executive - About The Role**

Hampton / Alton / Bordon / Remote

Superb opportunity in a growing & successful business in a truly fun industry sector. As an integral part of the sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with customers, who are at the heart of what this client do. You will need strong writtenand verbal communication skills, along with the ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You'll have responsibility early on and will be required to manage your own time and duties. This is NOT a sales target/KPI driven environment - muchmore a customer service / account / client relationship role.

You will be required to be in the Hampton (TW12) office once a week or every other week for a period of limited time, the Alton office once or twice a week with eventual office relocation to new state of the art office development in Bordon, Hampshire. Youwill be working with fantastic products
- Calling existing and potential customers
- Answering inbound calls
- Researching and following up relevant leads
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Processing orders
- Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating as necessary
- Providing excellent customer service
- Any other support required by the sales function
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions as required

**The successful Sales/Customer Service Executive will have**:

- At least twelve months experience in B2B telesales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to progress in a sales environment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively alongside the sales team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Proven administrative and personal organisational skills
- Can-do attitude and enthusiastic manner
- Experience using SAP or similar would be an advantage
- Educated to A-level or equivalent experience
- Interest in games would be preferred
