**What’s the job about?**

As a Junior property manager you will be assigned a portfolio of properties to look after. You main job will be to keep the properties full and find clients to them. The way to do this is:
Post adverts on Gumtree, intolondon, facebook, spareroom etc

Answer the phone calls to the potential clients and discuss the options for them

Show them the properties available (we call them “the viewings”) and close the deal.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A motivated individual who ideally can speak a foreign language.
- Direct experience in the property industry is not required, however 1 year of experience in customer services or sales is preferable
- This is not a job for mama’s boys or daddy’s girls, you need to be willing to succeed.

**What do we offer?**
- Competitive salary plus commissions between £1700 to 3200 per month
- Upto £300 commission for every room rented

**What next**
The position we are offering it can be considered a part or full time position, depending on the number of hours that you are ready to work; But at the same time, if you are well organised; you could make in 4 hours per day a full time program. IF YOU ARE STUDYING WE WILL ARRANGE YOUR TIMETABLE DEPENDING ON YOUR UNIVERSITY CLASSES.
