Our centre is responsible for conducting various external online testing exams for awarding bodies and organizations. Operating six days a week, our shifts range from 7am to 8:30pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct identification and security procedures during exams
- Supervise exams to ensure fairness and compliance
- Ensure proper setup of equipment and workstations for exams
- Address technical issues with support from the IT department
- Assist the Centre Manager with administrative tasks such as exam bookings, system updates, and phone enquiries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking work approach
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office packages like Outlook
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a proactive attitude
