An excellent opportunity to become the Regulatory Specialist at an SME chemical products business - this will be a stand-alone role with responsibility for all product regulatory compliance, hazard communication and product registrations.

This role sits in the technical team, reports to the technical director and involves leading on all product regulatory matters. This will include hazard communication (SDSs, labels, hazard classifications, packaging etc), biocide product registrations (dossierpreparation and submission) and product risk assessments. You will work with external technical experts who will conduct the risk assessments and complete the dossiers. You will also provide regulatory advice to the management, commercial team, formulationsteam and product developers.

We are looking for someone interested in joining a fast paced and expanding company; you are likely to be a chemist and you must have existing regulatory affairs / registrations experience. Knowledge of biocide products would be ideal; agchem/PPP productswould also be relevant or any other complex / hazardous chemical-based products. You must also be familiar with SDS authoring, product classifications (mixtures) and labelling requirements. You must be a confident communicator who is comfortable providingadvice to senior management; you must be flexible and versatile and committed to the success of your product registrations.
