**Job Description / Role and responsibilities,**

Reporting to the Cropping Shed Production Lead / Quarry Operations Team, you will have a strong manual work ethic and use to working in an outside environment.
- No experience required - full training given.
- £13 p/h during training (generally 3-6-week period)
- 40 hrs per week (7.00am - 16.00pm - two 30min breaks)
- “Paid by Produced” post training / qualification period.
- Early finish option of 3pm (providing quota produced) Weekly pay.
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Operating guillotine / conveyor safely
- Producing Stone products to the required standards and expectations
- Quality - Sizes (Face heights / Bed widths / Lengths), Shape (Squareness / Parallelism) Completeness (amount of stone in bag, i.e., weight / meters)
- Labelling produced products
- Conforming to health and safety requirements and PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, leaving in a safe working manner.
- Reporting / highlighting any concerns with equipment to management.
- Other duties as requested by your manager(s)

**Requirements / Skills / Qualifications**
- Strong work ethic
- Positive self-starter
- Use to manual work.
- High attendance / commitment
- Prepared to work in all weathers
- Driving licence preferred / able to get self to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
