IT Trainer

Do you have experience of delivering instructor led, hands-on training and presentation to large audiences? Then this could be the role for you

Key Skills Required:

- Engaging and authentic training style with ability to understand workplace requirements.
- An understanding of the training lifecycle and people’s learning styles.
- Ability to work autonomously and to produce innovative ideas to benefit the wider team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Ability to distil the workings of complex technology systems into understandable processes for customers to follow.
- Ability to work under own initiative, and to work under pressure to manage conflicting priorities.
- Technically astute with ability to understand the underlying infrastructure and how systems are configured.
