Civils Estimator

Are you an Estimator/Surveyor looking to add a rapidly growing Client to your customer base?

We are a rapidly growing company with large ambitions. We are looking to take on an estimator, initially 1 day a week Outside IR35 (Via Limited Company)

Main duties would be:

- Prepare comprehensive and professional tender submissions, ensuring timely submission.
- Identify cost saving opportunities during the estimation process.
- Preparation of accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for tenders and projects.
- Development of schedule of rates by using expert knowledge of the industry.
- specifications, and related documents to accurately estimate cost of materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor services required for each project.
- Conduct detailed quantity take offs and measurements from drawings and other project documents.

It is highly likely the will be extended beyond 6 months with additional days per week becoming available in the new year
