Investment Analyst

An award-winning, family-run Financial Services business headed by two Branch Principals who together have 40 years’ experience is looking for an Investment Analyst to join the team. Backed by an excellent team, you will receive opportunities for careergrowth including support to gain financial qualifications enabling you to grow, develop and manage an investment team and move into a client facing position.

Their clients range from those saving £100 a month into an ISA to those who have portfolios with over a £1 million invested.

**As an Investment Analyst, your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the two branch principals to maintain ongoing research and development of portfolio returns.
- Assisting in improving the quality of client service by ensuring the monitoring processes are managed and up to date.
- Developing efficiencies in research and monitoring.
- Dealing in underlying investments
- Weekly Monitoring (funds and shares)
- Monthly Assessments and new research
- Updating and Monitoring Model Portfolios
- Investment Planning and Client Investment Reports

**We are looking for an Investment Analyst who has the following skills and experiences**:

- Graduate level with ideally some industry recognised qualifications but not essential
- Computer competent with Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Previous experience working in a financially focused business
