Property Clearance Operative

We are looking for an experienced Property Clearance Operative to join our team in Shropshire, to deliver the Void Clearance and Garden Maintenance programme in Shropshire and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve actively clearing all Connexus void properties of furniture and waste, in preparation for repairs and re-letting. It will also include the general grounds maintenance of all front and rear gardens as part of the void programme.

**Working Hours/Pattern /Salary are**:

- 08:00 - 16:00 Mon - Fri (7.5hrs Per day)
- Salary is paid as 12 x equal payments over a 12-month period, rolling year

If you can demonstrate the following, then we want to hear from you
- Experience in carrying void clearance work and some experience in carrying out soft landscaping tasks such as, grass cutting and shrub pruning.
- The ability to demonstrate both knowledge and experience of both the use and maintenance of mechanically driven equipment
- Experience of using a ride on mower is essential
- Horticultural knowledge is desirable
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible attitude
- Excellent customer service attributes and behaviours, enhancing the customers experience
- A valid driving licence is essential
