Sales Co-ordinator duties and responsibilities

Our Sales Co-ordination team manage the flow and delivery of multiple activities across projects. Their work provides a valuable link between

internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will deliver excellent customer service with the highest attention to detail. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment and pride yourself in being organised, methodical and analytical.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up and logging enquiries onto the CRM system
- Preparing costs and quotations
- Converting enquiries to order
- Arranging surveyor visits and preparing necessary documentation
- Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure the successful manufacture and delivery of works within programme.
- Keeping customers updated with relevant lead-times and delivery schedules.

Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Methodical with a keen eye to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritise
- Great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator
