As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our KYC Onboarding Team on a 6-month contract basis.

**Role Overview**:
As a Data Entry Specialist within the KYC Onboarding Team at Insignis Cash, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of customer information. Your responsibilities will primarily involve inputting, verifying, and updating essential customer data and documentation into our systems. This position is integral to the onboarding process, which involves stringent adherence to KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and efficient data entry of customer information, documents, and details into the company's systems.
- Verify and validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate closely with the KYC Onboarding Team to maintain a smooth and streamlined onboarding process.
- Work with confidential and sensitive customer information, adhering to strict data security and privacy protocols.
- Assist in maintaining organized electronic records and databases, ensuring easy retrieval of information as needed.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations, following established guidelines and procedures.
- Address data discrepancies and inconsistencies promptly by communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Support the team in other administrative tasks related to customer onboarding as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to data entry.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with KYC and AML concepts is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of the financial services or fintech industry is a plus.
- Data protection and confidentiality awareness.

**Contract Details**:
Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in London (Liverpool Street), 2 days from home
