We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Relations Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As our Guest Relations Agent you will have a natural ability to connect with people and have a creative flair to deliver personalised tailored service to our guests.

As a Guest Relations Agent_ _you will:

- Creating and arranging amenities to surprise and delight our guests.
- Having presence in the lobby, meeting, greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
- Liaising with guests, finding out their preferences and updating their Opera profiles.
- Managing and swiftly resolving guest complaints.
- Being the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
- Serving as a main point of contact for long-stay guests to ensure consistency.

- Anticipate our guests needs and be able to thing outside the box to create tailored experiences that leave our guests with lasting memories
- Someone who is creative
- Previous experience in a Guest facing role within a luxury hotel
- Someone who is naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail
- A self-starter who is intuitive and dependable
