**About the store**

Specsavers in South Harrow first opened its doors in 2007. The store sits in a prominent position on the main high street, Northolt Road, and is firmly embedded within South Harrow. The loyal and growing customer base includes the local community and significant passing trade from all walks of life.

The South Harrow store prides themselves in ensuring that every one of their customers receives an excellent patient experience. The high levels of service and patient care have led to numerous positive customer reviews, which has earned them a 4.5 out of 5 stars online.

The store has 3 test rooms, including a dual use room - all fully equipped with the latest clinical technology, including OCT - meaning you will have everything you need to perform sight tests to the highest possible standards. We offer enhanced clinical services including: EOS, DVLA tests and Post Op appointments.

A team of 5 dedicated and passionate colleagues call this store home, including OO’s, a trainee DO and a CLO. The existing Partners are passionate about the clinical development of the team, and as the new Director you would have the scope to advise on training requirements, introduce new specialisms and build/shape the team further as required.

**Store location**

The store is in the town of Harrow, in Greater London. It’s a great high street location, with plenty of big chain stores and local eateries. There are excellent transport links - with regular buses and the South Harrow Underground station just a minute walk away from the store. There is also parking outside of the store and free parking up to 90 minutes in the nearby Supermarket.

**Requirements of the role**

You will either be an Optometrist or Optical Retailer, with a proven track record for success and desire to succeed. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and someone who is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team. In summary, you’ll be a highly skilled professional willing and able to help drive the practice forward.
