Storeperson

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers and/ or suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised shop floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
