**Warehouse Assistants** working for **Dunelm **are our fantastic product focused individuals. As well as being completely hands-on with operating our in-store warehouses and behind-the-scenes storerooms, this is a team dedicated to providing a vast range of product knowledge and logístical understanding.

Managing goods in and goods out ensuring all processes at the back door are followed. You will be flexible to meet the needs of the business with your working hours to help us have the right people in the right place at the right time. You will support the Stock Team Leader by ensuring deliveries are scanned in efficiently and accurately, raising issues immediately. Once a delivery is scanned in correctly, you will revert back to the delivery team.
- Ensuring the Yard is kept to a safe and secure standard
- Maintain general tidiness of the Warehouse
- Ensure paperwork is precise, up to date, and in a secure location
- Understands the Goods Receipting process, especially when the Central Check receipting fails
- Ensure deliveries are Goods Receipted correctly and any issues are addressed quickly

This is a warehouse operative role and our
**Warehouse Assistants** are successful communicators, knowing the importance of their product priorities, whilst maintaining the ability to connect with both customer and colleague.

is that you are a focused, hard-working individual with such flexibility skills that can be applied to a wide range of tasks within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be organised, committed and open to learning about **Dunelm’s **vast range of products and you’ll be confident in multi-tasking across all Warehouse responsibilities, and having a friendly conversation with our customers.

Able to meet the physical expectations of this role, you’ll be comfortable working extensively with large and small items of furniture and furnishings.
