Our passion is to enable customers to remain in the comfort of their own homes and maintain independence the best and safest way possible. We have a team of very passionate and experienced carers that are available to help with individual care needs.

Our Head Office is based in Chichester, but we also have another branch in Littlehampton. Areas are divided from each branch with their own Field Care Specialists, Field Care Professionals and Office team. We have regular team meetings and social events. - Line managing a team of seniors

- Managing complaints
- Leading team meetings and agendas
- Audits
- Reviewing policies and procedures
- On call rota (additional payments)
- Care calls when required to meet customer needs
- Supporting with recruitment and interviews

Pay: £17.00 per hour
