Job description

This is a truly great opportunity to help develop our growing business in the landscape and drainage industry. We're looking for a talented and experienced landscape gardener to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a love of all things outdoors, we want to hear from you.

You will need to possess a positive attitude, pleasant customer manner and a hard working ethic combined with a broad range of landscaping and drainage skills to ensure our projects are completed to a high standard.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Minimum 5 years of hard landscaping experience

Excellent organisational skills

A ‘hands on’ and 'can do' approach to tasks

Ability to take on and accept full responsibility for your own actions and those who you work alongside

Must be able to run jobs from start to finish

FULL DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

**Responsibilities include**:

- Completion of hard and soft landscaping projects adhering to completion dates
- Excellent communication skills
- Installing pump chambers and land drain systems
- Ground preparation
- Laying of patios (Indian stone & porcelain)
- External joinery including composite decking and timber pegola's
- Fencing installation
- Artificial grass installations
- New lawn installations
- Helping with the training of other members of staff
- Ensuring the health and safety of all site operatives, including yourself. Adhering to company safety policy and procedures and the Health and safety at Work Act
- Must enjoy working outdoors in all weathers
- Be physically fit
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a small team of 2
- Have practical experience in the use of tools, equipment and plant
- Good communication skills
- Professional and polite with excellent customer service skills
- You must be able to work to a high standard, with a keen eye for detail, demonstrating care and thought in the tasks performed
- Conscientious and a good time-keeper
