Maintenace Assistant

We are looking for a motivated individual excellent communication and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of the team.

You will be a suitably experienced Building General Handyman, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and be able to always perform work with mínimal managerial input.

You will be capable of performing activities on a range of Estate buildings and fabric and will always ensure compliance with all Trust and Statutory standards and procedures.

You will carry out their duties across the MSE sites and should therefore be able to travel under their own ability to all premises owned or run by the Trust.

You will be able to effectively communicate with colleagues, and other groups, in the safe operation of equipment and systems.

You will be required to work on building fabrics to meet the Department's objective and be competent to undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on Trust properties in line with their technical capabilities.
