Site Supervisor

**Premiserv is an ISO UKAS Accredited Commercial Cleaning Company based in Greater Manchester.**

We are recruiting a Site supervisor for our client Colne (BB8).

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementation of site projects.
- Staff supervision.
- Basic building maintenance.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
- Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
- Have the ability from time to time to work to tight deadlines.

Our requirements:

- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
- Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 2 years including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
- Must be pro active. friendly and hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts: Monday - Friday 06:30am
- 08:30am and 16:00-19:00pm, based on 50 weeks

Gross annual salary: £120,812.00
