**About The Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Radiographer to work 36 hours per week as the clinical lead. The successful applicant will need a lot of experience within a range of imaging procedures in MRI. The clinical lead post will support the Unit Manager in running the Unit on a day to day basis, ensuring rotas, Site file, and any relevant documents are all up to date. The expectation of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the unit with close contacts to the host trust staff and manager. The unit operates 7 days per week 12hrs per day with a varied procedure case mix including MRI arthrography. Flexibility is required as you will be working as part of a small dynamic team.
**Sills And Experience**:
- Patient care experience/skills
- IV Cannulation skills are essential
- Flexible approach to work/location
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills including time management
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to be innovative and forward thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Strong leadership skills
