We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to work along side the HR Manager providing a full HR service across our well established Surrey based firm.

Reporting to the H.R. Manager, the HR Assistant will be responsible for:
**H.R. Admin**
- Updating the HR database
- Keep sickness records and analyse sickness absence
- Produce management information reports
- Manage all starter and leaver documentation
- Prepare induction paperwork and manage the process
- Manage all changes to T&C's and contracts
- Working closely with payroll
- Opportunity to get involved in various project work

**Training**
- Organising and monitoring in-house and external training for all legal and non-legal staff.
- Monitoring of training spending and liaising with department heads.
- Maintaining training records for all staff.
- Maintaining the online performance review system

**Requirements**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and oral skills
- Good communication & organisation skills
- IT skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook/ Digital Audio software
