**About being a Recruitment Consultant in Burton**

**Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Burton branch team to grow a desk supplying temporary driving staff to clients.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively developing new and existing driving business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities
- Travelling to visiting clients so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Building your team of Flexible Employees
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary driving staff
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems and working to targets
- You will be working alongside a very experienced Branch Manager and team
