**Job Description**:
As a leader within our team, you will oversee cleaning operations at a prestigious client site. Your primary responsibility involves managing a team of cleaners, conducting daily site inspections, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 18:00 to 20:30, totalling 12.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, collaborating with client representatives to address specific needs.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and materials while ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Perform general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards.
- Conduct regular team briefings and ensure staff maintain a professional appearance.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
