As a Front of House Team Leader, pulling pints and serving super food is only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. Taking the lead and running shifts, it’s key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your team is something that you’re passionate about.

Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor within a similar hospitality role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a great team player to join our award winning rural food led pub with rooms in Stalisfield, near Charing, Kent. A picturesque location on the top of the North Downs surrounded by beautiful countryside with 2 rosettes and 4 gold stars for the accommodation
- Delivering food and drink to the highest standards
- Ensuring all due diligence expectations are adhered to
- Motivating teams to deliver exceptional service
- Maintaining and implementing the expectations of a four star hotel/2 AA rosette restaurant

A great personality and genuine love of working within the hospitality industry is key, as well as enthusiasm for delivering the highest standards of customer care and service through their team with effective training and coaching.

A tightly knit team with a real passion for what we do, offer unique working opportunities, in a friendly and supportive environment.

Our team are key to our success and we value each and every one of them and recognise the role every one of them plays within each area of our business.

We have a lovely balance of regular drinkers & dinners as well as those who make a special trip out to us from further afield.

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in the pub/restaurant trade, paid holiday, good gratuities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
