**Project Planner**
We at VEA are currently seeking a **Project Planner** to join our team in Stockport.
**Position Summary**:
The Project Planner will be responsible for the coordination of all phases of the development process from the initial proposal to completion of the project. This includes preparing project plans, gathering information from various sources, reviewing bids, negotiating with vendors, and assisting with site preparation and construction oversight. The Project Planner will also be responsible for coordinating with the Development team to ensure that all site plans, drawings, and access control documents are complete and accurate. The Project Planner will also be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and analyses. The Project Planner will assist in coordinating with other departments as needed.
Monday - Friday (Potential for Hybrid) - 0800 - 1700.
Job description
- Allocate the Intrusive Survey project to Teams/contractors.
- Liaising with teams during execution.
- Creating a production schedule.
- Estimating the budget, cost, and quantity of materials and human labour for the completion of the project.
- Streamlining processes so that production can meet deadlines.
- Communicating with other departments regarding production schedules and any possible changes.
Coordinate all phases of the development process from the initial proposal to project completion.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure that site plans, drawings, access control documents, and other necessary documents are complete and accurate.
- Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
